Online Group Classes
Online Yoga for Everyone.
Online Group classes are taught in a safe and non-competitive environment and last for up to one hour. Presentation of theme (concept & principles), Postural work, breathing exercises, visualisation, meditation techniques, yoga philosophy and the use of sounds are incorporated into the practice.
The student work is to follow the teacher’s indications in controlling the breath and being attentive towards their own body and mind sensations. A guided relaxation time will finish the session. The opportunity to exchange your thoughts or feelings is given at the end of the session.
Please ensure you have your own mat, block and throw.

When: Tuesdays 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Continues: Tuesday 14 Jan for 11 Weeks

Price: £88 (drop in £10)
Note: There will be a 2 week break on 18 Feb and 25 Feb (Half Term)
